An awesome fic written by Neo Juste Belmont, it's a crossover between Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4 and BlazBlue: Continuum Shift EXTEND. It takes place after the loose ending of Persona 4 Arena and the true ending of BBCS. (Though it is not canon to BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma, which will be coming out this winter in Japan.)

It's really good, and I suggest you read it if you like Persona 4, BlazBlue, and/or Persona 4 Arena--which is kinda mixture of both.
